Living at the Edges of You
Privacy
This site collects as little as it can, and nothing you have not handed over on purpose.
When you ask for the first chapter
Your email address, and your first name if you gave one, are stored so the extract can be sent to you and so you can be told when there is real news about the book. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with advertisers. Every email carries a one click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing is honoured immediately.
When you leave a note
Your note, first name and, if you gave one, where you are writing from are stored. Nothing appears on the site until Meg has read and approved it. If you leave an email address it is kept private and used only to reply to you. Ask for your note to be removed at any time and it will be.
Where it is kept
Records are held in a Supabase database, and email is sent through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each of those companies processes the data only to run this site.
Your rights
You can ask to see what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to meg@connectedassistants.com and it will be handled within a month, usually the same week.
